We make three assumptions: a common aim, goodwill & the wish of all to refine their practice.
This begins with the individual developing a personal intelligence, where intelligence is the clarity & capacity to see what is right in any situation. When we are reliable, repeatable & responsible towards ourselves, we are better able to work together with others.
On one level, this may be seen as social responsibility: responsibilities towards our family, friends & community. On another level, where group intelligence is real, rather than a bright idea, we are not apart from our family, friends & community: we are already the same person.
